Meet Andrew

Andrew is a certified CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist (PTS) who is passionate about helping others live healthier, more active lives. He specializes in designing personalized fitness programs that are both effective and sustainable, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. With experience working with a diverse range of clients—including pre/postnatal individuals, those with exceptionalities, and people managing chronic medical conditions—Andrew takes a thoughtful and inclusive approach to training. He is also certified in First Aid & CPR/AED Level C, ensuring a safe and supportive environment at all times. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or aiming to take it to the next level, Andrew provides the knowledge, professionalism, and motivation to help you thrive.

Dillion

Meet Dillion

Dillon is a certified fitness professional dedicated to promoting health, physical literacy, and overall well-being. He holds a CSEP-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) designation through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, bringing evidence-based expertise to every session. Dillon is also certified in First Aid & CPR/AED Level C and has completed the HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development (PHCD), emphasizing his commitment to safe and effective programming for all age groups. A graduate of the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Durham College, Dillon has a strong foundation in anatomy, exercise science, health education, and program planning—equipping him to support clients at every stage of their fitness journey.

Kaullen

Kaullen

Kaullen is a dedicated personal trainer with a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma and a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech. As a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) with First Aid and CPR-C & AED certifications, Kaullen is passionate about guiding clients toward becoming the best version of themselves. The most rewarding part of his role is witnessing clients' progress and confidence grow with every achievement. Kaullen's motivational approach empowers individuals to push past their limits and reach their fitness goals.

Krystal

Meet Krystal

Krystal is a Certified Personal Trainer, 200-hour Yoga Teacher, and Mobility Specialist who blends strength, mobility, and mindfulness into a well-rounded approach to health and performance. She is also a Therapeutic Thai Massage Therapist and Breathwork Facilitator, bringing a strong focus on recovery, body awareness, and the mind-body connection. Her certification as a Kettlebell Instructor adds a dynamic and functional strength element to her training sessions. With a Bachelor of Design (BDes), Krystal brings creativity and intention to her work, empowering clients to explore movement with purpose, presence, and confidence.

Meet Jessica, a dedicated personal trainer with a Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma and certifications as a Canfitpro Personal Training Specialist (PTS) and in First Aid, CPR-C, and AED. Jessica loves connecting with new people and helping clients achieve their fitness goals while teaching the importance of exercise and healthy eating. Saudia

Saudia is a passionate personal trainer with a Bachelor of Health Science (Hons) in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech. With six years of experience in weightlifting and fitness, she has witnessed firsthand the positive impact of exercise on both physical and mental health. As a Canfitpro Personal Training Specialist (PTS), Saudia combines her deep understanding of the human body with personalized training to help clients achieve their goals. Her dedication to movement and well-being inspires others to embrace a healthier, stronger lifestyle.

Fascia Stretch Therapist

Meet our Fascia Stretch Therapy Trainers, Kim and Isabella! With their expertise in fascia-focused techniques, they are dedicated to helping you improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase flexibility.

Kim

Kim

Kim holds an HBSc in Kinesiology and Health Sciences and a Certificate in Fitness Assessment and Lifestyle Counseling. She is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP), Fascia Stretch Therapist (Level 3, STWI), Low Back Pain Specialist (DTS), and certified in various fitness modalities, including Fitness Kickboxing, TRX Suspension Training, Powerlifting, and Urban Pole Walking.

Her extensive knowledge and experience make her a great fit for Fascia Stretch Therapy, where she helps clients improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall mobility. Kim’s personalized approach ensures that each client receives a tailored experience, supporting their unique health and fitness goals.

Isabella

Meet Isabella

Isabella is a passionate movement and mobility specialist, certified as a Level 1 Fascial Stretch Therapy Practitioner through the Stretch To Win Institute. She is currently pursuing her diploma in the Physiotherapist & Occupational Therapist Assistant program at Durham College, where she continues to build her knowledge in anatomy, therapeutic exercise, and patient-centered care. Isabella also holds certification in Standard First Aid & CPR Level C with AED Awareness, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients. With a strong focus on helping individuals regain mobility and improve overall function, Isabella brings both professionalism and compassion to every session.

Private Yoga Therapist

Tina is a highly experienced Private Yoga Therapist with a diverse background in teaching various styles of Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Meditation.

Tina

Tina is a Certified Yoga Therapist with over 700 hours of specialized training. She works with clients to promote relaxation and improve both physical and mental health through personalized yoga therapy. Tina offers a variety of classes, including Ashtanga, Chair, Gentle, Hatha, Kids, Mom/Baby, Teen, Older Adults, Pre/Post-natal, Restorative, and Therapeutic Yoga, as well as Pilates, Barre, and Meditation.

Each one of her sessions is tailored to create personalized and therapeutic sessions that cater to the individual needs of her clients, helping them achieve both mental and physical wellness.
