Event Shuttle & Parking Information

A free event shuttle will run every 15 minutes from the 407 Commuter Lot (3355 Brock Rd, Pickering, ON L1X 0J2) and provide transportation directly to the Dorsay Community & Heritage Centre.

Road Closure Notice
As part of the City of Pickering's Sixth Concession Road Reconstruction Project, the Greenwood Road Bridge is closed during construction.

While both the Dorsay Community & Heritage Centre and Pickering Museum Village remain open and accessible, access to Highway 7 via Greenwood Road/Sixth Concession is unavailable. Please follow posted detour signs and refer to the map when planning your route.

Vendor Application

In 2026, the City of Pickering has launched a singular vendor application form for consideration at all City-led festivals and events in 2026, excluding Petapolooza. This form ensures that vendors are aware of every opportunity available throughout the year, while providing clear timelines for application intake and response periods.

Community Group/Performer Application

Celebrate the cultures that make Pickering vibrant! Community groups are invited to apply for a complimentary booth at Cultural Fusion by offering an engaging, interactive cultural activity for attendees. Performers of all cultural backgrounds are also encouraged to apply for the opportunity to showcase their talents as part of our diverse entertainment lineup.

To vend at Cultural Fusion, please complete the vendor application form by Monday, August 24, 2026.

Photography Policy

Photos and video may be recorded at this event by designated City photographers & videographers. These materials may be used in future City of Pickering education, advertising, and other internal/external promotions, without compensation.

Pet Policy

For the safety of all attendees, we encourage any dogs that do not do well with people, crowds, loud noises, or other dogs to be left at home.

Please note, all dogs entering any City event must comply with the Responsible Pet Ownership By-law (6811/07) and the Dog Owners Liability Act.

Dogs that have characteristics similar to a Pit Bull (under the act) must wear a muzzle.
