Find us nestled in the North West parking lot at the Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex at 1867 Valley Farm Road. The Pickering City Centre Farmers’ Market will continue it’s tradition of running a unique outdoor community market.

Happening every Tuesday starting from June 18th to October 8rd, 2024 between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm. Come out and enjoy fresh produce, baked goods, meats and more in the heart of our City Centre.

Interested in becoming a 2024 Market Vendor

Registration for the 2024 market season will open up on Monday, March 18, 2024.  

All vendors should be familiar with the information, rules and regulations set out in the Pickering City Centre Farmers' Market Vendor's Handbook before submitting your application.

Vendor Checklist:

  1. Read the Vendor Handbook
  2. Complete the Vendor Application Form
  3. Submit Proof of Insurance
  4. All food vendors must submit a Durham Region Farmers' Market Notification of Food Vendor to the Region of Durham, Health Department
  5. Approved vendors must make arrangements for full payment of vendor fees with the Market Manager

Forsythe Family Farm is a family owned fruit and vegetable farm open to the public. They are located in Greenbank just north east of Pickering. As a family run farm they believe it is important to stay connected to where your food comes from. Your food makes a journey from their farm to your fork.

Maple Grove Orchards is owned & operated by first generation fruit and vegetable growers that specializes in apples.  Their first orchard was planted over 10 years ago and since then have expanded by growing a wide variety of other fruits and vegetables.

Stapleton's Farm is located in Port Hope, ON.  This is a family run business celebrating 30 years of growing vegetables.  The Stapleton's work as a team to provide the best quality to it's customers.
