Pickering, ON, June 1, 2023 Pickering Museum Village welcomes over 6,500 school group visitors this 2023 Spring season, well above pre-COVID numbers.
The Pickering Museum Village has been offering education programs since in the 1970s and has been the core field trip destination in Durham Region for grade 3 school visits. Pickering, ON, May 25 th , 2023 – The City of Pickering has launched its first publicly accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in an effort to support EV ownership and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The project was partially funded through Natural Resources Canada’s Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program , which provided funding to Elexicon Group Inc. to help support the installation of EV chargers across Ontario.
