The City of Pickering is inviting eligible Pickering electors, who are interested in shaping the future of their community, to consider running for office in the 2026 Municipal Election. The next Municipal Election will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026.
The next Municipal Election will be held on October 26, 2026. Individuals interested in filing their nomination must do so in accordance with the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 (the “Act”).

All swim programs and public swim will be cancelled at the Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex Pool on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm until Sunday, April 12, 2026 inclusive for a swim meet.
