The Greenwood Community Centre is scheduled for demolition. As part of the demolition and construction activities, electrical services connected to the building will be temporarily disconnected, resulting in an outage of the tennis court lighting.

Appleview Road closed in front of 1780 Appleview Road to allow for water and sanitary site servicing. No through traffic.
The roof is being replaced at Dunbarton Indoor Pool. The pool will be closed for the duration of the project. Construction is expected to be complete by August 23, 2026, subject to suitable weather and supply chain.
All public swim and swimming lessons continue at Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex.

The temporary road closure of Glenanna Road and the east sidewalk from the north limit of The Esplanade North to the entrance of the Health Services Centre, approximately 100 metres south of Kingston Road. In addition, the west sidewalk of Glenanna Road from Pickering Parkway to The Esplanade South will remain closed. Both vehicle and pedestrian detours have been provided, and all applicable signage will be posted.
Purpose: To facilitate the Installation of the Region of Durham’s watermain.
