Proposal
The applicant is proposing a residential condominium development consisting of 91 dwelling units, with access from internal private roads. The proposed unit mix includes 86 traditional, stacked, and back-to-back townhouses, as well as a three-storey mixed‑use building containing 298 square metres of commercial space at-grade and five two-storey residential units above. The proposal has a residential density of 80 units per net hectare. A total of 163 parking spaces are proposed to accommodate residents and visitors.
