Proposal
1095 Kingston Road Ltd. has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment Application to permit a high density
residential development consisting of:
- two buildings containing a total of four residential towers, each 35 storeys in height
- a total of 1,429 dwelling units
- approximately 1,000 square metres of privately owned public space (POPS) located at the rear
of the property, fronting Dixie Road
The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the property to an
appropriate zone category and establish site-specific zoning standards to enable the proposed
development.
